An American dance which was born in Harlem, New York City in 1920's through the 1940's. It correlates to Swing Jazz music and was popular during the Golden Jazz Age Era. Swing Dancing consist of different type of dance styles. Classes that we provide are The Lindy Hop, Charleston and the Authentic Jazz.


Belly Dance is a great way to stay in shape no matter what your dance experience. It enhance femininity, balance, posture, strength, coordination and confidence.


This class is designed to introduce Hip Hop culture through the element of dance. Beginning with a basic warm-up to stretch and tone the body, this class will challenge every dancer with the dynamics of movement and challenging combinations. In a noncompetitive environment this class encourages individualized style while staying true to the technique.

Whether you are an absolute beginner or an avid dancer, you can feel the thrill of dance in this class. Participants will get to learn Korean style Latin dance routines -- from the exciting and fun-filled Jive to Cha Cha Cha to the emotional yet graceful Rumba.


A few new routines will be taught and the basics will be revisited in every class. You will find yourself a better dancer and enjoying dancing more and more as time goes by.


Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music and choreographed step. While many of the types of dance and music featured in the program are Latin American inspired, classes can also contain everything from jazz to African beats to country to hip-hop and pop. This class is open to all levels. Best part about Zumba, it can Burn up to 500 - 1000 calories per class.


This dynamic practice synchronises breath and movement as you briskly flow through a set sequence. Ashtanga yoga, with its vinyasas and emphasis in mindful movement can help tone the body and boost mental focus. This full body workout incorporates the traditional Sun Salutations with varying sequences to match the class’ theme every week. As the classes are structured at a less vigorous flow pace, students of all levels can ease into the foundations of Ashtanga Vinyasa



The wedding first dance is the part of the wedding reception that makes a lot of couples nervous, but our easy wedding first dance choreography takes that experience from frightening to fun!
